Wire For Stitching Applications In The Printing Industry
These wires are produced under high quality control. The printing industry requires a consistent hardness and coating, smooth surface and flake-free coating guaranteeing a perfect stapling of catalogs, magazines, books and blocks. This type of wire is also used in the packaging of products, brushes, and other industrial purposes.
The ideal gauge depends on where it will be utilized. For example, for a more delicate application a thinner gauge would be more appropriate. Ask our sales department about the full range of gauges.
The finishing of this wire can be either polished, galvanized or stainless steel, ensuring greater protection against the weather.
The wire may be prepared in spools of 2.20 kg, 3.50 kg, 4.50 kg, 10.00 – 12.00 kg, 13.00 kg, 15.00 - 20.00 kg, 31.00 kg, or 65.00 kg. These are packed in cardboard boxes, for easy handling and storage, and better protection against the weather.
Should the customer require, we can develop de-spoolers to facilitate the use of the product and the production speed increase.
